Sea Flowers 2 – pendant
Enameled pendant with etched pattern that resembles flowers.
Inspired by a photo of agatized (fossil) Coral, the pattern was etched in copper and enameled with white enamel only. The soft blue green color developed after repeated firings in a kiln as the copper oxides surfaced through the glass.
Disc is 34mm diameter. Leather cord with oxidized ends and lobster clasp is 22”.
