Aqua Reflections – Earrings with pearls on wire
Enameled fine silver earrings with a roll printed pattern that resembles ripples on a calm ocean surface.
The design was inspired by a photo of sunlight reflecting on Monterey Bay water. After etching the design on a brass plate, the pattern was roll printed on fine silver and enameled with transparent enamel in the basse-taille technique.
The disc is 1” (25mm) diameter. Ear wires are sterling silver with cultured fresh water pearls.
