Striped white bands float on a background of warm peach to dark rust color. The comfort style ring band was textured with dry corn husk to pick up the details in the contrasting bands of white.
Because it is hardy, often spectacularly colored, and polishes to a high shine, banded agate has long been valued for decorative purposes. Throughout history, the stone was worn to enhance protection and prosperity.
The set oval stone is 18mm x 25mm
Ring size is 9 as shown on a special ring mandrel designed for this style of ring.
The band is 10mm at top tapering to 6mm at back for a comfortable fit.
