I accept payments through PayPal. However, it is not required to have a PayPal account, PayPal will process the credit card payment. Most major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. You will be prompted to either login to your PayPal account or pay with "debit or credit card" if you do not have a PayPal account. Use the Purchase form to place your order and I will send a PayPal invoice to the email address you provide. Items purchased will be shipped within three days of receipt of payment.
Tax will be added for California residents at the rate of 8.625% at time of payment.
Only United States Postal Service (USPS) priority shipping within the United States is available. I ship to confirmed PayPal addresses only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A flat shipping charge of $7.00 for all packages includes priority shipping in a box, handling, insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation - and is automatically added to the PayPal invoice. Multiple purchases ordered on a single invoice will be shipped together for the one flat shipping charge. All jewelry is packed securely in a gift box within the USPS priority shipping box. Buyers will be informed when the item ships and provided with the tracking number.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, therefore, quality and craftsmanship are guaranteed. Work may be returned for any reason for credit or money back when returned in original condition within one week of shipping date. Please email me with your intent before returning work and include your reason for the return.
The work must be returned via USPS priority mail, with tracking, insured for the full retail value, in it's original gift box, securely packaged, and shipped no later than a week after receiving the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued through PayPal. If you have a PayPal account the money will be refunded to your account. If you do not have a PayPal account but have paid with your credit card through PayPal the money will be refunded to your credit card.
The refund will be issued only if the item is returned in perfect, unworn condition.
Carol Holaday is not responsible for damaged or lost items incurred during shipment. Any claims must be filed with the USPS. The included insurance provides the coverage for this.
