Work Table

This is the work table where I design and create the jewelry offered on this site. Most of the small tools and much of the materials used are within easy reach. Behind my chair are cupboards and drawers filled with less used tools, the hydraulic press, an enameling kiln, and a lapidary unit.

In the center of the work table you see a container of beads waiting to be cleaned and the flexshaft with the diamond-coated bit that I use for the job. I think this must be every bead maker's least favorite task and one that gets put off in favor of more creative ones. At least there is proof that I have found a little time to make beads, and best of all, I spotted a few "treasures" among the bunch.
