Polishing Booth

For those who asked to see what my polishing booth looks like: two photos below. The booth is built from heavy plywood and features a heavy duty, two speed, sealed, Baldor motor with tapered spindles. The booth is divided in the middle and sealed with weather stripping and silicone caulking so that the compounds aren't mixed on either side. Red Rouge on the left, White Diamond on the right. The lid (which is up in the photos) has thick safety glass and is attached to the booth with a piano hinge. There are under-the-counter kitchen type lights for each side. The holes on the front are lined with rubber that also holds the plastic bags in place. The bags are a tight fit at the wrist and prevent polishing compound dust from escaping.

The legs are 4X4" and I sit while polishing. Without the legs, the unit could sit on a counter to be used while standing.
