1. Write down the description, item # and price of items you wish to purchase. (for example: bangle, GBC-101, $210.00) 2. email me the above information and I will place a hold on it for you. Payment must be received within 5 days. In your email you will need to provide me with the following: - Name and address to ship to - Your preferred method of payment (see "terms" below) 3. I will reply to your email with a total including shipping and insurance, plus tax (if applicable), and my address for mailing a check to - unless you choose the PayPal option for paying with a credit card. Do not send credit card information in your email to me. This is not a secure site and I am not set up for accepting credit payment except through PayPal. |

- Money Orders: I also accept money orders. Money order payments and Paypal orders ship within two days. TAX: California residents will pay 7.25 sales tax unless you provide a valid California resale permit number on a signed form to me ahead of time. |

| -$5.00 for all packages - includes priority shipping, handling, insurance and delivery confirmation to US addresses only. PayPal automatically adds this amount. - Free shipping for orders over $200.00. PayPal will not automatically charge shipping for these orders. I ship via US Postal Service priority INSURED mail. Insured packages with a value over $50.00 require a signature for delivery. If this is a problem for you, please contact me to discuss other options. - For PayPal orders - I ship to confirmed addresses only. If you have any special instructions regarding shipping you may include this in your initial email to me. |

RETURNS: Customer satisfaction is very important to me, therefore, quality and craftsmanship are guaranteed. Work may be returned for any reason for credit or money back when returned in original condition within two weeks of shipping date. Please email me with your intent before returning work and include your reason for the return. |
